Package Tracking Now Enabled For Residents

Have you signed up to use our new residents portal (http://www.ctcalexandria.com) powered by BuildingLink yet?

Staff has now enabled the package tracking part of the new residents portal (http://www.ctcalexandria.com) where when you receive a package at the front desk, if you have signed up for the notification, staff will send you a text message on your phone and/or an email when you receive a package at the desk instantly. No more phone calls are needed. This helps staff by taking less time to notify residents and gives staff more time to interact with residents and focus more on security.

As you can see below, the flat screens in each of the lobby's will also notify you if you have received a package at the desk. So, check the screens when you're getting your mail to see if you have received a package.

To enable package tracking notifications, go to http://www.ctcalexandria.com and login using your username and password. At the top of the screen click 'Edit Profile' tab then the 'Notifications' tab and under 'a new event is recorded for your unit click 'yes' then whether you want an email or SMS text message or both.
