Gas Prices On The Rise - Again (Video)

Gas prices are way up. AAA reports the national average is $3.94. In D.C. it's $4.19. Maryland drivers are paying $4, while Virginia motorists pay $3.94. The hardest hit by the rising costs are those who drive for a living.
