Have you completed the annual Carlyle Transportation Management Program (TMP) survey?
This survey collects information about commuting habits and for the first time, includes Carlyle specific questions about transit options for Carlyle. The Carlyle Community Council (CCC) manages the Carlyle TMP program in coordination with the City to encourage use of transit.
Participation is critical to helping the Carlyle Community Council structure its TMP to best meet the transit needs of workers and residents in Carlyle. As an incentive to complete the survey, the CCC will give a $5 Metro Card for each completed survey (to the 1st 500 respondents). The survey is quick and easy and can be completed online using the links below. The online survey has a place for contact information so respondents can receive their $5 metro card (that page can also be printed for verification). In addition, if you are running low on your supply of $5 Metro Cards to hand out to survey respondents, please let me know so we can deliver more to you. The deadline for submitting surveys is June 22, 2012.
